She was a native of Hessmer and Bunkie, La. (Avoyelles parish) before moving to Pineville, La. Dot was an avid League Bowler in Mansura then Alexandria, La. A hard worker and kind to people in every aspect of life. She was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need.
She was preceeded in death by her parents, Leonard and Elizabeth Ducote Dauzat, one brother, Sanford Dauzat, "Sammy", one sister, Dianne Bell "Dee", one niece Bridget Bell, one great-niece, Courtney CoCo, one great nephew, Brandon Bell, her former husband and friend, Wayne Chenvert and Brenda Ledet "B.J.".
Dot is survived by one son, Aubrey Chenvert, wife Nikki and four grandchildren, Thomas, Skylar, Lil' Aubrey and Hunter. Also one brother, Sanford Dauzat, wife Bobbie, two sisters, Janet Dauzat and Ina Laborde, husband Nelson.
Dot will always be remembered and missed!
