Agnes Williams (Weaver) Woodrum, 85, passed away Wednesday, May 19, 2010, in Franklin. She was a longtime resident of Franklin.

She was born Feb. 5, 1925, in Roseville, Ky., to Burford L. and Minnie (Williams) Weaver. She married Wilbert Woodrum on Oct. 21, 1950.

Survivors include three children, Patricia Allee of Los Angeles, Debbie Flanagan of Kentucky and Pamela Woodrum of Franklin; a daughter-in-law, Sharon Woodrum of Bloomington; seven grandchildren, Robert Woodrum, Staci Woodrum, Roger Flanagan Jr., Stephanie Flanagan, Zach Flanagan, Angie Woodrum and Michael Woodrum; two great-grandchildren, Drew and Kase; three sisters, Ruby Fowler, Doris McLeaster and Emma Curts; and two brothers, Larry and Frank Weaver.

She was preceded in passing by her parents; her husband, Wilbert; a son, Robert Woodrum; and a brother, James Weaver.

She was a 1943 graduate of Temple Hill High School in Kentucky.

She worked at Arvin during World War II making shell casings for the war. She was a homemaker and later was employed as a nurse at Indiana Masonic Home from 1970 to retirement in 1993.

She enjoyed crafts and spending time with her grandchildren.

A service will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Flinn & Maguire Funeral Home, 2898 N. Morton St. (U.S. 31 North) in Franklin. Friends may call from 11 a.m. until service time Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens in Greenwood.
