Earl Hollenback, 63, a native of the Rushville community, died Thursday night in Phelps hospital in Macomb after an illness of eight weeks.
Services were held Sunday in the Lady Sargent Funeral Home in Macomb with burial in the Forest Lawn Cemetery Gardens. He was born August 5, 1897, in Schuyler county to George and Clara Noble Hollenback. He was married November 17, 1915 to Janie Richard (this is a mis-spelling, should be Riechard), who survives.
Among his survivors are a daughter and two sons, Mrs. Helen Brown, Earl Jr. and Lester Hollenback, all of Macomb; his father, who lives in Table Grove; two brothers, Homer of Table Grove and Francis of Silvis; and four sisters, Mrs. Gertrude Rhoades of Burlington, Iowa, Mrs. Mable Trone of Canton, Mrs. Frieda Miller of Table Grove and Mrs. Venita Shepherd of Bushnell.
Earl died November 3, 1960, according to his wife's obituary.
