Hannah Hale Tuttle was the wife of John Smith Tuttle. She arrived in Indiana in 1836 with her husband abd eight of their children. They had six more children after settling in Delaware County, Monroe Township.

Recently another contributor sent the following information: "Also her date of death is May 16, 1873". This is also the date on the headstone. This differs from the burial/cemetery information which listed 4 APR 1873 as death date.
