Mrs. Josephine Veltrie, 83, a resident of Spokane 60 years, died Sunday in a local nursing home.
Born in Italy, she was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Parish.
She is survived by six daughters, Mrs. Venita Picicci, Mrs. Esther Alexander and Mrs. Zelia Spinnell, all of Spokane, Mrs. Elda Lyle, Orient, Wash., Mrs. Phyllis Hills, Tacoma, and Mrs. Marguerite Chemente, Calif.; three sons, James, Victor and Lee Veltrie, all of Spokane; 31 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren.
