Onda E. (Bishop) Lilley Scott, 95, of Prosser died Monday, May 10, 2010, at Mary Lanning Memorial Hospital in Hastings. Mrs. Scott was born on July 26, 1914, in Boelus to Royal and Onda Bishop.

Survivors are: son, Joseph Lilley of Wood River; daughter, Elaine Withers of Cheyenne, Wyo.; eight grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren and a host of friends and relatives.

She grew up in Shelton and Council Bluffs. She received her education in Shelton. Onda was united in marriage to Edwin O. Lilley on March 22, 1933. The couple lived in the Wood River area. Edwin died in 1963. She was united in marriage to James Scott in 1972. The couple lived south of Wood River. Jim died in 1990.

Onda was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Wood River and the Daughters of the Nile. She enjoyed traveling and working outside in the yard.

She was preceded in death by her husbands and 11 brothers and sisters.
