Billie was born in Repton Kentucky to Charles W. & Lila A.(Nation) Cook. She married Norman L. Owens on September 1,1956. She was a home-maker & a loving, devoted mother to 7 children. Also known for her generous heart & spirit she also cared & loved her children's friends, many of whom called her Mom. Billie also loved to play bingo & bunko, and we can remember the monthly games at the house, especially since we used to try & sneak the goodies off of the card tables! She lived in Crown Point until her death in 1983.
