HENDERSON, Ky. -- Vera Mae Cook Pruitt, 84, died Wednesday morning at the home of a daughter.
She attended Watson Lane Baptist Church.
Surviving are two daughters, Louise Baker of Princeton and Carrole Jo White of Chrisney, Ind.; seven grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews. Her husband, Otis S., died in 1991.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Rudy-Rowland Funeral Home, with burial in Fairmont Cemetery.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today and from 9 a.m. to service time Friday at the funeral home.
