"Hannah Winslow was born 26 September, 1772, in Chesterfield, New Hampshire; married, about 1809, John Ayers, of Watertown, New York, where they settled. He was taken prisoner at the battle of Sackett's Harbor, 29 May, 1813, and died the same year, on board the prison ship at Quebec. She married 2nd, John Graves."
Children by her first marriage:
1. Charles Ayers, with whom his mother resided with many years. He was a minister and farmer.
2. Jesse Ayers, a physician. Lived and died in Brownville or Hounsfield, New York.
