Miss Davison Dies, Burial Elm Grove

Miss Helen Gertrude Davison, 42, died Monday at her home three and one-half miles northeast of Berne afte a four weeks illness of tuberculosis.
She was born in Mercer County, Ohio, July 5, 1905, a daughter of Marcellus and Nancy Johnson Davison, and had never married. She was employed as a surse at the Smith F___ Hospital in Richmaond until she became ill.
Surviving are her mother; two brothers, Rev. Ralph E. Davison, of Converse, and Albert Davison, of Pleasant Mills, two sisters, Mrs. Leo Miller, of Washington, D. C. and Mrs. Waldo Schindler, a missionary in Africa.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon at the Salem Methodist church, with the Rev. Seth Painter officiating. Burial will be in the Elm Grove Cemetery at Bluffton. The body may be viewed at the Yager Funeral Home in Berne until 12 noon Wednesday, when it will be removed to the church.

Funeral Services To Be Wednesday

Miss Helen Gertrude Davison, 42, died at 6L20 a.m. today at her home three and one-half miles northeast of Berne after a four weeks illness of tuberculosis.
She was born in Mercer County, O., July 5, 1905, a daughter of Marcellus and Nancy Johnson Davison, and had never married.
She was employed as a nurse at the Smith Estab Hospital in Richmond until she became ill.
Surviving are her mother; two brothers, the Rev. Ralph E. Davison of Converse, Ind., and Albert Davison of Pleasant Mills; two sisters Mrs. Leo Miller of Washington, D. C. and Mrs. Waldo Schindler, a missionary in Africa.
Funeral services wil be held at the Salem Methodist Church, with the Rev. Seth Painter officiating. Burial will be in Elm Grove Cemetery Bluffton.
