Minard, Surrogate of the county of Onondaga, notice is hereby given to creditors of Samuel Howe, deceased, to present their claims, with the vouchers thereof, to Thaddeus Haynes, at his dwelling house, in the town of Van Buren, in said county, on or before the 21th day of December next.
