Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon for Clarence McMullen, aged 71, of Delta, who died of a heart attack at his home Saturday at 8 a.m. He had been in the yard of his home when he was stricken and was found later by his neighbor Cap Graham.
He was born February 21, 1879, on a farm near Delta, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Benjamin McMullen. He was a veteran of World War I. He is survived by three daughters and one son.
Graveside services were conducted by Wilford Utterback , and burial was in Garrett cemetery, north of Delta.
