Rose Martha Ferguson, 82, of Mokane, died Wednesday, October 24, 2001, at Boone Hospital Center in Columbia.
She was born July 15, 1919, in Portland, to the late Adolph and Inez M. (Hayes) Brashear. She was united in marriage to Stanley Ferguson on June 5, 1945. He survives of the home.
Other survivors include a brother, John A. Brashear of Columbia, three sisters, Irene Nolte and Georgia Thomas, both of Fulton and Dorothy Schlatt of Mexico, several nieces and nephews.
She was also preceeded in death by two sisters and a brother.
Mrs. Ferguson worked at the Fulton State Hospital for 14 years in the nursing department. She was a member of the Mokane Methodist Church and the Lions Club.
Services are at 10am Friday at Maupin Funeral Home in Fulton with Bishop Bill Rogers officiating. Burial will be in the Portland Cemetary. Visitation is from 6-8pm today at the funeral home.
Memorials are suggested to the Portland Cemetary.
