Elizabeth Craig Bitner, 92, of Bethany Village, Lower Allen Twp., formerly of Shiremanstown, died Saturday in the village.

She retired as an elementary teacher from the West Shore School District; was a graduate of Shippensburg University; was a charter member of the Allenberry Club, Boiling Springs; and a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Shiremanstown, and Delta Kappa Gamma International Society of Women Educators.

She was the widow of William E. Bitner Jr. Surviving are two sons, William E. III of Hershey and W. Craig of Camp Hill; a daughter, Susan Bottini of Mechanicsburg; a sister, Louise Decker of Waynesboro; two granddaughters; and four great-grandchildren.

Memorial services will be held at 11: 30 a.m. Wednesday in her church. Burial will be private, in St. John's Cemetery, Hampden Twp.

Visitation will be from 10 to 11: 30 a.m. Wednesday in the church.

Myers Funeral Home, Mechanicsburg, is handling arrangements.
