Services for Lona Marie Whiteley, 80, of Killeen will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Phillips & Luckey Co. Inc. in Rockdale with Dr. Joe Rich officiating.
Burial will follow at the IOOF Cemetery in Rockdale.
Mrs. Whiteley died March 1, 2005, in Temple.
She was born March 3, 1924, in Rockdale, where she was raised and educated, graduating from Rockdale High School.
Mrs. Whiteley was a homemaker, who worked at Consolidated Aircraft in Fort Worth as a metallurgist during the 1940s.
She was a member of the Killeen-Cove-Hood Special Olympics.
Mrs. Whiteley had lived in Killeen for 38 years and was a member of Memorial Baptist Church.
Mrs. Whiteley was preceded in death by her husband, Edward A. Whiteley in 1991; her parents, Calvin and Freda Eiland; and two sisters, Thelmer Staffelbach and Margaret Lee Gifford.
