STOUDER - Mrs. Elizabeth Stouder died yesterday afternoon at 4 o'clock at the home of John Bainter, three and a half miles west of New Paris, where she had resided for 32 years. Her age was 82 years, 7 months and 10 days. Her husband Joseph Stouder, died 36 years ago. She was born in Holmes county, O., and came to Elkhart county when but 16 years old, locating in Union township. Surviving her are three sons and three daughters: David, Louis and Daniel Stouder, and the Mesdames Benjamin, William and John Bainter, all residing in this county. Also one brother, Levi Mishler and two sisters, Mrs. Anna Seibrit and Mrs. Henry Behler. There are 33 grand children and 29 great grand children. Four of her children are dead. The funeral will be held at the Brick church at Union Center, the friends meeting at the home Saturday forenoon at 9 o'clock and at the church at 10. Interment will be made at Union Center.
