A short service will be held at the home of his niece, Mrs. Orthelle Symons, Friday at 12:30. At 1:00 o'clock the funeral party will leave for Mather, Wisconsin, his old home. On Saturday afternoon funeral services will be held at the Methodist church in Mather with burial in the Mather cemetery.
The deceased survived by two sisters and a step-son. His step-son is in the army and will arrive here Friday.
He was preceded in death by his wife, two brothers and his father and mother.

Frank Nix
Benton - Frank Nix, 63, formerly a member of Wisconsin's Nix show troupe, died Wednesday at the home of his sister, Mrs. Will Smith, Benton, with whom he had lived for the past year.
Mr. Nix traveled with his family troupe for many years until retiring from show business about 15 years ago. He had lived in Mather, Juneau county, until moving to Benton to live with his sister.
He had been a postal clerk and store clerk in Mather.
His sister is the only immediate survivor.
The body was taken to the Milner and O'Flahrity funeral home.
