Harley Teeter, 46, Clare, died March 4 at St. Joseph Hospital, Ann Arbor.
He was born May 2, 1928 in Clare and was a superintendent at the Essex Co., Clare. He was a Korean War veteran, a member of St. Cecilia's Catholic Church, the VFW post in Farwell, and was serving as a major in the United States Army Reserves
Surviving are his wife, Lina Ruth; five daughters, Cheryl, Ruth, Mary, Linda, Brenda; three sons, George, Robert and William, all at home; his mother, Mrs. Edna Teeter, Lake; three brothers, Harold, Grand Rapids; Homer, Lake; Herman, Alma; two sisters, Mrs. Earl Place, Barryton; and Mrs. George Knorr, Lansing.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Cecilia's Catholic Church, Father John Hoogterp officiating. Burial will be at the church cemetery.
Prayer services will be at 8:30 p.m. Friday at the Stephenson-Doherty Funeral Home.
