On 25 November 1865, Celia married JOHN H. WEBSTER [b. 1840, NC; d. May 15, 1867, Davidson County, NC; his parents unknown], in Davidson County, NC.
Celia Elizabeth Snider and John Webster had only one child, a son - JOHN ALFRED WEBSTER [b. Sep 1867, NC; d. 1904, NC]. John H Webster died 15 May 1876, indicating that his son was born 4 mos. after his death.
After John H. Webster died, Celia married again on 8 August 1869 to William H Lawrence. Census of 1870 shows they are married 1 year, but there is a 3 year old son, Alfred W Lawrence. Alfred is not the son of WHL, but the biological son of John H. Webster. In the later census of 1880, Alfred Webster is shown living with his mother's brother, his uncle, Philip Snider and wife.
