Thomas B. Williams was the son of Thomas Craven Williams and Mary Caroline Ramsey. He was married 1st to Paralee Bird on 21 Nov 1883. They had four children; Mary Alice Williams, Laura Williams-Love, Con Williams, and Thomas Henry Williams. He married 2nd, Fannie Murray. They had eight children; Carl Williams, Julia Mae Williams-Hughey, Rosie Williams-Simpson, Wesley Williams, Nora Belle Williams-Huey, Thomas Andrew Qilliams, Sr., Luther A. Williams, and James R. Williams.

He was originally buried at Wood Station Cemetery and later moved to the Tennessee Georgia Memorial Park. He was born about 1862 in Catoosa County, Georgia.

His name may be Thomas A. or Thomas B. (seen it both ways)
