Linda Lou Taggart, 72, of Homedale, left her earthly home Tuesday, April 20, 2010 with her family at her side. She had been suffering from the effects of Dementia.
Linda Lou Halbert was born on June 12, 1937 in Bartlett, Labette County, Kansas. Linda was the youngest of nine children born to Wesley Clay Halbert and Cora Ethel Clark.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents and Sister; Cora Preston, Brothers; Wesley Halbert, Frederick Halbert, Robert Halbert and Amos Halbert.
Linda is survived by her husband of 53 years, Lynn Jay Taggart and their three children; Karen Louise of Boise, Nancy of Homedale, Dennis Lynn of New Plymouth, and six grandchildren. She is also survived by two Sisters; Nancy Zulema Egbert of Rexburg, ID and Emma Jean Perkins of Twin Falls, ID and one Brother; Norman Dwayne Halbert of Lander, WY.
Funeral services will be held for Linda at the Homedale LDS Church, on Saturday, April 24th the church is located on Highway 19, west of town. Viewing will be held at the church from 11:30-12:45 the service will begin at 1:00 with interment to follow at Marsing-Homedale Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Flahiff Funeral Chapel Homedale.
