Funeral services for Mrs. Charles H. Rieth, mother of R. J. Jakle, treasurer and controller of Manufacturer's Railway Co., will be Friday at 9:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 7148 Forsyth Boulevard, University City. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
Mrs. Rieth, 83 years old, died of a heart ailment yesterday at Deaconess Hospital. She lived at 7101 Forsyth, University City. Her husband, a real estate salesman of Carbondale, Ill., died in 1929, Her first husband, John J. Jakle, died about 50 years ago.
In addition to R. J. Jakle, she is survived by another son, Dan J. Jakle of Anaheim, Calif., and two daughters, Mrs. Mildred Diffley and Mrs. Helen Byrne.
