Funeral rites for Robert Atwell Lynch remained incomplete today.
Mr Lynch, 61 died Saturday in a Washington, D C hospital after being hospitalized there since the past April, He was a former Danville resident.
Mr Lynch, a son of Mrs Maggie L Davis and the late Irving Atwell Lynch, was born Feb 3 1901, in Danville. He spent most of his life here; most of his adult life as an electrician. He
Moved to Washington about three years ago.
Surviving are his mother and one daughter, Mrs. Louise Bohon of California; two sisters, Mrs Freida Bennett of Arlington and Mrs Sybol Mullens of Wilson, NC; two brothers, Horace T. Davis of Drakes Branch and Joe P Davis of Raeford, NC and two grandchildren.
The remains rest at Wrenn-Yeatts Funeral Home.

FUNERAL CONDUCTED
The funeral of Robert Atwell Lynch was conducted yesterday from the Wreen-Yeatts funeral home chapel. Burial was in Leemont Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Horace T Davis, A A Mullins, Buddy Slaughter and the Rev Lennie J Harris.
