Arnold and Sybil Mullins were both born in Virginia and moved to North Carolina in 1949. Sybil was born Sybil Davis and married first Walter H DeLong Sr. Four children were born to that marriage, Walter Jr, Robert, Harry and Margaret, the latter two being twins. Walter Sr died August 18, 1945. Arnold and Sybil were married in 1949. Arnold took on the Job as husband, father and provider like an angel from heaven. He was the sweetest kindest man I have ever met. Sybil was the rock that held the family together.
