Oakdale - Services will be conducted at 10 a.m., Wednesday in Oakdale Memorial Chapel for Oris M. Fielder, 65, who died Saturday in a Modesto hospital after a long illness. Burial will follow in Oakdale Citizens Cemetery.
A native of Texas, he was a longtime Modesto resident and was employed a a land leveler.
He leaves his wife, Betty of Modesto; four sons, Tommy of Waterford, and Charles, Gene and Christopher, all of Modesto; four daughters, Becky, Nita, and Christine Fielder, all of Modesto, and Patricia Fielder of Ceres; two brothers and one grandchild.
