William Riley Norton, third child and second son of Phineas Manwarren and Anna M Wallace Norton II of Jonesport, Maine. William married Cora L Alley, daughter of Jackson Zebediah and Adella I Marshall Alley of Maine. Together they had two daughters, one died in infancy and the other Alvera B Norton married James Edward Church. After Cora's death, William married Nettie Malvina Thompson in 1922. William Riley was a Maine Lobster Fisherman.
