Stanislaw was born at Waldowie, Poland and died at Paplin, Howard Co., Nebraska. He was the son of Anton Bandura and Mary Meos. The name Bandura was changed to Badura after Stanislaw arrived in America. He married Johanna Ugorek/Ogorek Nov 9, 1862 at Wiecbork Parish (Vandburg) , West Prussia. They arrived in the Port of New York on May 16, 1866. From there they traveled to Chicago, Illinois. Sometime between 1881 - 1890 they moved to Ashton, Sherman Co., Nebraska where they lived out their last years. Together they had 7 known children:
