W. C. FORD - Funeral services will be held Thursday at the Gunter Baptist Church with interment following in the New Hope Cemetery. Funeral will be preached by the Rev, J. J. Smith and arrangements will be under direction of the Talley Home. The deceased was born March 13, 1870 in Cooke County and had lived in Arkansas until about six years ago. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Lucy Ford, a brother, M. L. Ford of Lawton, Ok; five sons, John and Charles Ford of Howe, Fred Ford of Gunter, Orbie Ford of Fort Worth and Clarence Ford of St. Paul, Ark; four daughters, Mrs. Ora Fielder of Gunter, Mrs. Opal Gabbard of St. Paul, Ark. Mrs. Josie Townsend and Mrs. Esther Barbee of Cass, Ark; a step-daughter, Mrs, Lula Lawson of Lawton, OK, 21 grandchildren and three great- grandchildren. He was a member of the Gunter Camp of the Woodmen of the World and at the Gunter Church of Christ.
