Funeral services for Joe Hargrove, 54, of Elkhart Ind. were held Monday afternoon at Locks Cross Roads Church of Christ. Burial was in New Garden Cemetery. George Williams and Alvin Holt officiated.
Hargrove, formerly of Elkmont was a member of the Church of Christ.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Juanita Hargrove; a daughter, Mrs. Betty Hardy; a son, Roger Dale Hargrove; mother, Mrs. Anna Hargrove; a step-daughter, Mrs. June Hardy; a sister, Mrs. Ruby Sandlin; two brothers, Robert L. Hargrove and Marvin E. Hargrove; two grandchildren and four step-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were James Hobbs, Boss Hill, Kenneth Robinson, Max Robinson, Alvin Bates and Hollis Hogan.
