OBITUARY :
MRS. FRANCES (FANNIE) C. WOODRING, 71, Waynesboro R. D. 4, died at 6:30 p.m. Thursday at the Waynesboro Hospital. She had been in failing health for the last year, critically ill sinc May, and confined to the hospital since June 29.

Born at Emmitsburg, Md., she was a daughter of Isaac and Rebecca (Fleagle) Bowers.

She spent her early life at Emmitsburg and after moving to the Waynesboro area, she was married to Charles E. Woodring. She resided in Waynesboro for a number of years, and the past 20 years lived in Beartown.

For 13 years she was employed at Waynesboro Shoe Factory as a stitcher, and was retired four years ago.

She attended Calvary Chapel, Beartown.

Surviving are the following children: Walter Bowers of Waynesboro; Mrs. Herman Green, Mrs. Catherine Aughinbaugh, Mrs. Beulah Rook, all of Waynesboro R. D. 4; Mrs. Donald Aldridge of Chambersburg; one brother, Thomas C. Bowers of Waynesboro, 24 grandchildren and 33 great-grandchildren.

The funeral will be held Monday at 2 p.m. from Grove Funeral Home, conducted by the Rev. J. Boyd Davis. Interment will be made at Green Hill Cemetery.

Friends may call at the Grove Funeral Home Sunday from 7 until 9 p.m.
