Grandma Gladys was on her way to Oregon to be there when Donald (her oldest son and my dad) was having open heart surgery. The story has been told that she died on the train in Portland (her destination). However, as I was talking with my brother recently, he told me that she didn't die on the train, but she died at my dad's house in Portland. My brother was there and saw her pass away.
