Louise Hope Myers, 72, of Atha Run, Farmington, passed away Wednesday February 17, 2010 at West Virginia University Hospital in Morgantown following an extended illness. Se was born August 17, 1937 in Farmington, a daughter of the late Okey R. and Roxy Hess Jones. Louise was a beloved wife, mother, friend, and homemaker, and was a member of the St. Paul's Baptist Church in Fairview. She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Eugene M. Myers, 2 daughters, and a son-in-law, Debbi Myers, Morgantown, and Gena and Alex Rorrer, Oshkosh, WI, 3 grandchildren, Jessica Davis, Thomas Rorrer and Frank Rorrer, all of Oshkosh, WI, and several nieces, nephews and friends. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by 1 sister, Layuna P. Jones and 2 brothers, John L. Jones and Bill D. Jones. A graveside service will be held on Monday, February 22, 1010 at 1:00 p.m. at the WV National Cemetery at Pruntytown with Rev. Larry Harker officiating.
