Benjamin Perry was born 24 November 1801 in Hancock County, Georgia to John & Sarah (Fariell) Perry. He married Elizabeth Kimbro on 16 April 1829 in Montgomery, Montgomery Co., AL. He was a planter in Talaposa Co. Alabama. Benjamin came to Texas 1849 where he was a planter in Bastrop County TX 1849 - 1874. Benjamin died 5 February 1891 and is buried in the Perry Family Cemetery in Williamson County, Texas.
