Mr. Baker retired with Texas Electric Service Company as a production superintendent. He was a stocker cattle rancher. Mr. Baker was a member of Eastside Church of Christ.
Mr. Baker was a veteran of the US Army during the Korean War. He served in the Medical Corps. Mr. Baker achieved the rank of Tech Sergeant and received the Korean Service Medal with two Bronze Stars, the US Service Medal, the Good Conduct Medal and the Combat Medic Badge
Survived by his wife; three daughters - Pamela Curlee, Jerry Gleitz, Pattie Key; one sister - Mildred Lewis; two brothers - John T Baker and Harvey Lee Baker; seven grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
