Wife of Harry W. Semple (1871-1942). Daughter of James Harrison Clark and Angeline (McVay) Clark. Hollie and Harry were married on July 27, 1904 in Corydon, Iowa. She was the mother of three girls: Ruth, Esther and Maxine Semple. Hollie was very well known and well liked around town, especially for her sense of humor. Hollie died in California with her daughter and son-in-law. Her husband, Harry, died in 1942 and Hollie lived for 22 more years, until the age of 91.
