ROCK HILL - Mrs. Ruth Knight Dickert,88, of 721 N. Confederate Ave., died Wednesday, Oct.3, 1990. at Peidmont Medical Center.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Northside Baptist Church, with the Rev. Rodger Dalton officiating. Burial will be at Laurelwood Cemetery.
Mrs. Dickert was a Chesterfield County native. She was a homemaker and a member of Northside Baptist Church.
Surviving are one son,James J. Knight of Rock Hill; for daughters, Susie K. Adams, Frances K. Folsom, Betty K. Armstrong and Virginia K. Carter all of Rock Hill; one stepson, Louis Dickert of Rock Hill; one stepdaughter, Pearl Simpson of Rock Hill;six sisters, Minnie Hinson of Rock Hill,Essie Bunch and Kathleen Capps, both of Hartsville, Mae Johnson of Pageland, Jesse Brewer and Eletha Clyburn, both of Lancaster; 14 grandchildren;22 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 tonight at Greene Funeral Home and other times at the home of Virginia Carter, 721 N. Confederate Ave.
