Charles R. Geisler, 85, of Lancaster, passed away on Thursday, April 8, 2010 at Hamilton Arms, Lancaster.

Born August 10, 1924, in Lancaster, PA, he was the son of the late Charles R. and Anna J. (Brown) Geisler. He was married to the late Kathleen T. (Ernst) Geisler, who died in 1986.

After well over three decades of work, Charlie retired from J. L. Clark of Lancaster where he was a machinist and troubleshooting specialist for Clark factories around the county.

Charlie loved people of all ages and backgrounds. He was an avid softball player for many years and a lifetime Phillie's fan.

Surviving are several nieces and nephews, extended family and caring friends.

A Celebration of Life Graveside Service will be held in the Millersville Mennonite Cemetery, corner of Routes 999 and 741, Millersville, PA on Thursday, April 15, 2010 at 10AM. The casket will be closed. Kindly omit flowers. Memorial Remembrances can be made in Charlie's memory to Hospice of Lancaster County, Salvation Army or a charity of one's choice.
