OBITUARY:
Charles R. Geisler, fifty-nine, 212 E. Ross St., died at the home of his sister, Mrs. Preston Shoff, 429 W. Orange St., at 7:22 p. m. Saturday after an illness of one year.
He was born in Port Deposit, Md., a son of John and the late Lillian Stewart Geisler. He had lived in Lancaster for the past 40 years. and was a chef who had most recently worked at the Lancaster Country Home. Prior to that he was at St. Joseph's Hospital for eight years and Millersville State Teachers College for 25 years.
He attended Millersville Methodist and Lancaster Avenue Methodist Churches.
He is survived by three children: Lillian J., wife of Walter L. Kauffman, Lancaster; Charles R. Jr., Millersville, and Betty J., wife of Edward Donohue, West Chester; three grandsons, his father, John W. Geisler and these brothers and sisters: Roy W., Ethel M., wife of Grover C. Boone, Walter H., Anna M., wife of Henry H. Hoover; Eva, F., wife of Preston Shoff; Oleita H., wife of Cyrtis Bowers, all of Lancaster.

GEISLER -- Entered into rest in Lancaster on 27 Oct., 1951, Charles R. Geisler, 212 E. Ross St., in his sixtieth year. The relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral without further notice from the Funeral Home of Fred F. Groff, Inc., 234 W. Orange St., on Tuesday at 1:30 o'clock. Interment in Riverview Burial Park. Friends may call at Groff's Monday evening from 7 until 9 P. M.
