Funeral services for Mrs. Maud Henderson, 86, of Lewistown, were held Friday, Mar. 12, at 2:00 p.m. in the Bailey Funeral Chapel in LaGrange. The Rev. Chester Pulliam officiated. Burial was in Forrest Grove Cemetery in Canton. Mrs. Henderson died Monday, Mar. 8, 1976, at 8:45 p.m. in Blessing Hospital, Quincy, Ill. She was born near Canton, Sept. 5, 1889, a daughter of James W. and Flora N. Riney Glisan. She married Harry Sam Henderson on Jam. 27, 1909, in Canton. He died Jan. 28, 1970. Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Robert (Dorothy) Mitchell of Quincy, Ill., Mrs. Raymond (Vivian) Hoskins of St. Louis, and Mrs. Gilbert (Nimmie) Humphrey of Lewistown; a sister, Mrs. Abe (Linn) Bevans of Canton; 10 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren, and a great-great grandchild.
