Newberry Rabon, age 42, farmer of the Brownway section of Horry County was instantly killed July 15, 1961. Mr. Rabon was born in the Cool Springs section of Horry County Jan 15, 1919, a son of Gary and Martha Carroll Rabon.
Surviving beside his father and mother are the wife, Mrs. Lou Ester Allen Rabon, Conway; two daughters Brenda Faye Rabon, Rt. 4 Conway, Patricia Anne Rabon Tyler, Columbus GA; five brothers James Rabon, Rt. 4 Conway, Jack Rabon, Rt. 3 Loris, Fred Rabon, Rt. 4, Conway Eugene Rabon, Conway, Archie Rabon, Rt. 3 Conway; three sisters Mrs. Frank (Edna) Anderson ,Rt.4 Conway, Mrs. Rubin (Zettie) Herring, Gulfport MISS; Miss Louise Rabon, Rt. 3 Conway and the maternal grandmother Mrs. Rose Carroll, Rt. 1 Aynor.
