Rosalie C. Hanson, age 80, of Hastings died April 9, 2010 at the Regina Assisted Living in Hastings.

Rosalie was born December 12, 1929 in Gentilly, MN to Armand and Lisa (Corbin) Amiot. She married Duane Hanson on November 8, 1947 in East Grand Forks, MN and was a former Hudson Mfg. employee.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Duane; and 9 brothers. Rosalie is survived by her children Gary (Molly) Hanson of Hastings, Darroyl (Diana) Hanson of Maplewood, Roger (Jackie) Hanson of South St. Paul, Craig (fiancée Lois) Hanson of Lakeville, Kevin (Denise) Hanson of Belle Plaine, Cindy Bottila of Fresno, CA, and Lori (Rodney) Braun of Cottage Grove; also 12 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren; siblings Ursula Dahl, Theresa Daugherty, Elaine Kjonaas, Clarence Amiot, and Vicki Hermes.

The Funeral Service, officiated by Rev. Doug Duin, will be 11AM Tuesday, April 13, 2010 at Our Saviour's Ev. Lutheran Church, 400 West Ninth Street, Hastings with interment at Ft. Snelling National Cemetery. The visitation will be held 4-8pm Monday, April 12, 2010 at the Caturia-Smidt Funeral Home, 201 E. Seventh Street, Hastings, and one hour prior to the Tuesday service at the church. The pallbearers are Gary Hanson, Darroyl Hanson, Roger Hanson, Craig Hanson, Kevin Hanson, and Rodney Braun; honorary pallbearers are Alex Braun, Chris Braun, Justin Wenzel, Jarod Wenzel, Ray Hoganson, Dennis Keil, Clarence Dahl, and Clarence Amiot.
