Mrs. Goddard, whose maiden name was Nola Bellinger, was born at Greenwood, NE, Apr 24, 1886 and moved with her parents to Haddam, KS, when about six years old. She was married to Caldwell Otis Durham in 1904. The family came to Phillips Co, CO, in 1920.
Mrs. Goddard was preceded in death by her first husband. On Oct 3, 1928, she was married to Mr. Goddard and resided on a farm northwest of Holyoke until her death. In early childhood Mrs. Goddard united with the Christian Church and constantly remained a member. She was also active in the Holyoke unit of the American Legion Auxiliary.
Surviving are her husband, Her mother, Mrs. J.D. Bellinger of Haddam, KS, one son J.H. Durham of Spokane, WA, a daughter, Mrs. Bonnie Unzicker of Holyoke; a stepson, Claude Goddard of Holyoke; two sisters, Mrs. Hattie Cox and Mrs. Linn Chappel of Haddam, KS; three brothers, Joe T. Bellinger of Haddam, KS; Dan Bellinger of Belleville, KS and Claude Bellinger of Arapahoe, CO and five grandchildren.
