Funeral rites at 2 p.m. Monday will be held for Melvin C. Bricker who died Friday at his Boyne City home at Stackus Funeral home there.
He was born Jan. 23, 1886 at Laloto Ohio. Burial will be at the Maple Lawn Rev. Forest Mohr will officiate.
On May 14, 1910 he was married to Ruby V. Calkins .He preceded her in death on Aug. 9, 1957.
He leaves his wife, four sons, M.C. Jr.,, Howard, William and Calvin, all of Boyne City; three brothers, Francis, Ranier Ore.; Earl, East Jordan and Zell of Ellsworth and 10 grandchildren.
Children: John H. Bricker, Bill Bricker, Melvin Bricker, Calvin Bricker. He is the brother of Zell Bricker my grandpa. (Jack Gee)
