Quintus C. Daniel In his ninety-second year, on May 16,1943, Quintus Cincinnatus Daniel passed away at the Paintsville Clinic after two weeks illness.
The son of the late John Marcus and Mary Goocius Daniel, he was married sixty-nine years ago to Frances Jerushas Combs, who makes her home with a son, T. J. Daniel, at Oil Springs.
Other children are; Mrs. Charles E. Byrd, Lexington; Mrs. J. G. Long, Millard,Texas; Charles Elwood Daniel,New York City.Two brothers, Lee Daniel,Hazard, and Walter Daniel,Athol,Ky., also survive.

The body was taken to Mt. Sterling, Ky., for burial Tuesday.
