Home Chapel with the Rev. Bob Bush and the Rev. Kenneth Short officiating. Burial will be in Bogata Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Vaughan was born November 24, 1908 in Halesboro to John Milton and Maggie Luella Pope Hull. She was a member of the First Christian Church in Memphis, Texas. She was employed at Bogata Schools before moving to Paris. She was employed at The Parisian and Clyde's of Paris before retiring.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Madgie Lou Francis Stinson. February 13, 1970; her parents, an infant sister, Ruthie Hull; brothers Johnny M. Hull, Alford Maxey Hull, Wayne Marcus Hull, Hazen Melton Hull, and sisters Lina Hull Young, and Inez Hull Butler; a half-brother, Rufus Elbridge Hull and half-sister, Vera Hull.
Surviving are a son, James C. Francis and wife Jeannie of Wilton, Arkansas; two daughters, Martha Vaughan Evans of Paris and Nina Vaughan Barber of Corsicana; grandchildren, Kerry James Francis, Amy Francis Rhodes, Donald Wayne Evans, James Michael Evans, Pamela Dean, Laura Gay Barber-Wendt, and Stephen Ray Barber; 11 great-grandchildren; a brother Hugh Meredith Hull and wife Hazel of Durant, Oklahoma; two sisters-in-law, Dessie Vaughan Hall Dunsworth of Sanger, California and Annie Vaughan Garren of Mesquite and numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the Bogata Libary and Paris Public Library.
Pallbearers will be Kerry James Francis, Donald Wayne Evans, James Michael Evans, Stephen Ray Barber, Steve Rhodes and Jerry Don Stone.
