A funeral service will be held tomorrow at 3 p.m. for Mrs. Mary Jane Hartless of 324 N. Commerce Ave., who died at 3 a.m. yesterday in Waynesboro Community Hospital.
The service will be in Springdale Mennonite Church, conducted by the Rev. Paul Wenger and the Rev. David Stout, with interment in the church cemetery.
She was born in Augusta County, July 24, 1923, a daughter of the late Ernest and Rosa Taylor Coffey and was a member of the Springdale Mennonite Church. She is survived by her husband, Hubert W. Hartless; two daughters, Miss Doris Ann Hartless and Miss Alice Jean Hartless, both of Waynesboro; three sons, Warren Hartless and Robert Hartless, both of Waynesboro, and Ernest Hartless of Stuarts Draft; two sisters, Mrs. Polly B. See of Waynesboro and Mrs. Nellie Clark of Stuarts Draft; five brothers, Davis Coffey and Wilson Coffey, both of Waynesboro, Gilbert Coffey and Perry Coffey, both of Lyndhurst, and Earl Coffey of Stuarts Draft; one grandson and a number of nieces and nephews.
The body will be placed in the church at 2 p.m. tomorrow and the family will receive friends from 7 to 8 tonight in McDow-Tyree Funeral Home.
Active pallbearers are Lee Robinson, Charles Robinson, Danny Snead, Robert Tanner, Robert Bryant and Kenny Alford.
Honorary pallbearers are Eddie Johnson, Oliver Buchanan, Dane Wade, Roger Robinson, Paul Tanner and Butch Adkins.
