Mrs. Ann Chittick, widow of the late Hugh Chittick and doubtless Englewood's oldest resident, died at her home, 543 Englewood Ave., Monday and her funeral occured Wednesday afternoon at the Chapel, Normal Blvd. and Englewood Ave., burial being at Mt. Greenwood. Mrs. Chittick and her husband came to Englewood nearly 60 years ago and resided here continuously ever since, they raised their family here and have always been among our most respected people. Miss Anna Chittick has lived with her mother and cared for her many years.

In addition to the children linked below, Ann was also the mother of James Chittick (1865-1961). At this time burial location is unknown.
