Mr. Wilcox was born in Robstown and had lived in Borger since 1979. He was a retired carpenter.
Survivors include a son, Bobby Wilcox of McQueeney; two daughters, Billie Smith of Corpus Christi and Bonnie LeNielsen of Page; and several grandchildren.
