Mrs. Ussery had been a Borger resident for 2 1/2 years. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Oil Center, N.M.
Survivors include her husband, Lee; two sons, Paul Baker, Jr. of Tatum, and John R. Baker of Colorado Springs, Colo.; two daughters, Mrs. Nancy Calder of Artesia, N.M. and Mrs. Judy Williams of Bloomfield, N.M.; two step-sons, Earl Ussery of Beaumont and Wayne Ussery of Houston; her parents Mr. and Mrs. Hugh Abel of De Leon and one brother, Robert Abel of Jal, N.M.; one sister, Helen Browne of El Paso; and 13 grandchildren.

Services for Ruth Ussery, 59, of 1013 Meredith, will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in Minton Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Rex Mauldin, pastor of San Jacinto United Methodist Church in Amarillo, officiating. The Rev. Lyman Paul Wood, pastor of the First United Methodist Church of Borger will assist.
Burial will be in Westlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Minton Mortuary.
Mrs. Ussery died at 2:50 p.m. Monday in her home. She had been a Borger resident for 2 1/2 years.
Survivors include her husband, two sons, two daughters, two stepsons, her parents, a brother, a sister, and 13 grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Phillip Nolan, Forest Calder, Louis Bell, Wayne Melton, Fred Mitchell, and Laurice Lee.
Honorary pallbearers will be James M. Williams and Kenneth Bell.
