Brother-in-Law Called by Death
Information received here today by Mrs. Sarah Ball, announced the death of her brother-in-law, N. G. Moore of Houston which resulted in a heart attack Wednesday night. Mr. Moore was connected with the Pan-American Oil Company.

The funeral services will be held in Mooresville, N. C. sometime Saturday, according to the message. Mr. Moore is survived by his wife, the former Miss Ann Elliott of this city and granddaughter of the late P.H. Elliott.
